    In preparation for touring and playing many more shows I had CDs made. They aren't cased in a conventional sense, but wrapped in plastic and sandwiched between printed cardstock. As low-cost, low-impact, and eco-friendly as I could make them. Professionally printed and burned, so likely a lot nicer than the home-brewed ones I was putting out before.

I played this song for a friend before recording it, and he pointed out that the chord format sounded similar to "Never Coming Home" by Pat The Bunny. The chords are G D C and they're so fundamental that it was bound to happen eventually. But in light of this I changed some lyrics as a nod to Pat who definitely contributed to my interest in writing solo-acoustic work. Namely changing my lyrics about being drunk to "drunk as I've ever been" and the line about "mugging a Hobo." Don't hate <3
